REFUNDS POLICY

Refunds do not apply to the following goods:

Digital Goods: Ebooks and Audiobooks. These are instant downloads and per Shopify Industry Standards there are no refunds on Digital Goods.

For Audiobooks, there is a sample. Listen to it first to see if you like it.

Please choose carefully. Refunds are only given if you buy a duplicate item within 48 hours of first purchase in which case the duplicate item will be refunded. 

 

Refunds for physical goods:

There is no return for change of mind. Returns are given on a limited basis for faulty items if you contact us within 7 days of receiving item (according to the tracking).

We are also not liable for any error you make while placing an order on our shop, such as ordering the incorrect size, color, or quantity.

There is no refund for accidental orders, even those resulting from Shopify glitches that add more than the intended quantity of an item to your Cart. It is your responsibility to ensure that your Cart contains the correct/desired number of items BEFORE Checking Out. Juliet's shop is a one-woman outfit and any change to your order or demand for refund comes out of her own pocket.

For refund queries, please email shop (at) julietgauvin (dot) com within 7 days of receiving your product (according to the tracking). Please use the Subject "Returns" and include your Name, Order Number, and Reason for Return, and Photographs of faulty item. If the item is faulty, we will refund or resend your goods—your choice, but please always remember that this is the Storefront of Indie Author Juliet Gauvin. We are a very small business, but we want you to be happy!
