SHIPPING POLICY.

When you purchase goods from our Site julietgauvinbooks.com (hereafter known as the Site), the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

  1. Digital goods are delivered instantly by an email from BookFunnel to the email address you used at Checkout. If you do not see it, please check your Spam, or if using Gmail, check your Promotions tab.
  2. Print books are delivered by shipping from third party printers, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Print books are shipped by Lulu or BookVault (depending on the country). Print time is usually 7-9 days. After books are printed, they are shipped.
  3. Merch such as t-shirts, sweaters, mugs, hats, etc. are printed and delivered by third party printers, unless explicitly stated otherwise. One of our chosen partners is Printful. Items may be printed at different Printful facilites around the country and may be shipped separately. Certain items may be shipped and fulfilled from a different country and take more than 30 days to arrive. 

Average shipping times:

Print Books & Merch To USA: 10 to 12 working days after printing (For the best experience, please allow up to *19 days* from the date you place your order. During peak holiday months [October - February], please allow up to *28 days*.)

Print Books To UK: 7 to 8 working days after printing (For the best experience, please allow up to *15 days* from the date you place your order. During peak holiday months [October - February], please allow up to *28 days*.) MERCH NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE.

To Canada/Australia/New Zealand/Europe: UNKNOWN AT THIS TIME/PRINT BOOKS AND MERCH NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE 

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address AND shipping delivery phone number, including the name of the recipient, if physical goods. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information. We are also not liable for any other error you make while placing an order on our shop, such as ordering the incorrect size or color. Juliet's shop is a one-woman outfit and any change to your order or demand for refund comes out of her own pocket.
